The 'upper thigh' and 'lower leg' measurements are flat, double for a circular or round-body measurement. Extra Small/Small: Length - 29cm, Upper thigh - 15cm, Lower leg - 13.5cm. Medium/Large: Length - 30cm, Upper thigh - 16.5cm, Lower leg - 14.5cm.
